Certificate Terms of Use: 
 1. Only an individual can buy a certificate. 
 2. With a certificate you can pay for the following services: accommodation, meals in Bon Vivant restaurant, spa, minibar, laundry. 
 3. The certificate must be paid in 100% amount. 
 4. The certificate can not be exchanged for the equivalent amount of money, returned or prolong. Upon expiration, it becomes invalid. 
 5. Certificates can be summarized. 
 6. If you lost the certificate, the hotel cannot block or renew it. 
 7. Any certificate can be used only once. 
 8. If the cost of services is below the nominal value of the certificate, the balance of funds will not be returned. If the cost is higher than the nominal value of the certificate, you must pay up to the total cost of the service. 
 9. You can use the certificate if there are available rooms for the requested dates, taking into account the validity of the certificate. 
 10. To use the certificate, present it to the administrator during check-in. 
 11. The certificate is valid for 6 months.
